Payment

Full payment must be received at the time of order. Accepted payments are Money order, personal or business check (subject to verification), MC, Visa and PayPal.

Shipping

All orders are packed safe arrival by UPS, USPS or the selected carrier. Items that are in stock will be shipped immediately. On custom orders each item is different, and created one at a time, delivery times will vary depending on production schedules. Every attempt for speedy delivery is made.

NOTE: Custom made product (i.e surfboards, skateboards, or any made to order products) orders are non-refundable for credit or otherwise unless arrangements are made with Duke of Curl by email or in writing. Upon acceptance of documents by a qualified Duke of Curl representative you will be contacted for further instructions.
